- Only accesses the webpage content necessary for the clicking functionality

- Does not track browsing history or user behavior

4. Subscription Management
We use ExtPay (extensionpay.com) for subscription handling:
- Payment processing is handled entirely by ExtPay
- We only receive subscription status verification
- No financial information is collected or stored by our extension
- ExtPay's privacy policy applies to payment processing

5. Data Storage
All user settings are:
- Stored locally on your device
- Not shared with any third parties
- Not used for any purpose other than extension functionality
- Automatically removed if you uninstall the extension

6. Permissions Usage
Our extension requires specific permissions which are used only for:
- activeTab: Finding and clicking the Slap button
- scripting: Implementing clicking functionality
- storage: Saving your settings locally
- tabs: Implementing mute functionality

Refund and Dispute Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are only available for subscriptions if requested within the first 7 days of the initial purchase date. No refunds will be provided for renewals of subscriptions.

   • Refunds are not available for users who have already utilized the free 7-day trial.

3. Disputes:

   • If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, your access to the Chrome extension may be permanently revoked.

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

   • Refunds will not be granted if the subscription has been used in violation of our Terms of Service.

   • Refunds will not be issued due to failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations:

1. Canceling During the Free Trial:

   • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day free trial without incurring any charges. 

2. Canceling Paid Subscriptions:

   • Subscriptions can be canceled by accessing your account settings or contacting us at raphaelbell.dev@gmail.com.

   • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remainder of the billing period.

3. How to Cancel:

   • To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions provided in the account settings of the Chrome extension or contact us at raphaelbell.dev@gmail.com.

4. Subscription Renewal:

   • If you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for such charges.

Terms and Conditions of Promotions

From time to time, Auto Catslap may offer promotional discounts or free trial periods. By participating in any promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility:

   • Promotions are limited to new users who have not previously used the free trial or any promotional discount for the Chrome extension.

   • Users may only participate in one promotion at a time.

2. Free Trial Terms:

   • The free trial is valid for 7 days, during which you will have access to all premium features of the Chrome extension.

   • At the end of the trial period, you need a subscription plan at $27/monthto continue using the extension.

3. Promotional Discounts:

   • Any promotional discounts applied to the subscription will be valid for the specified period (e.g., 1 month). After the promotional period ends, standard pricing will apply.

   • Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Abuse of Promotions:

   • Abuse of any promotional offer, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to gain repeated free trials, may result in the suspension or termination of your account without notice.

   • We reserve the right to revoke any promotional offer at our sole discretion.

5. Changes to Promotions:

   • We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing promotional subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
